Took my car here to get oil change and recommendations for tires. Ended up doing more maintenance that was needed.
Service personnel were super helpful! After an auto inspection they give you a link to the recommended service and you can approve or decline the services there. They are super responsive over text or phone. They use quality parts so the price is worth for the quality

As I got to drop off my car at the time they opened I asked if my suv would/could be done by a certain time and they said yes and absolutely got it done even before the time. The first time going to them made the experience amazing. The mechanic who working on my suv did an amazing job as my suv is running smooth with new tires balanced, mounted, and aligned ! 🙂 Would definitely take it back to them for future work.

I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for years. Gary, Pat, Alex & everywhere there are always so thorough and clear with what is going on. They’ll take the time to find what your issue is, but won’t waste time or run up a bill for you in the process. Tried to get an appointment for an oil change but I can not leave my car. First I was told it has to be at 7AM, then after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told they can not accomodate me at all and do not know when they can. Not everyone has the luxury of leaving their vehicle. Unbelieveable.

Contacted LFAS thur AAA in an emergency . They were very accommodating and professional . I have an 13 year old vehicle with very low milage that I would like to keep running . My problem was unique in that it involved animals chewing on a wire . Their diagnosis resolved my problem at a fair price . I will return.

I cannot say enough good things about Little Falls Auto Service. I was driving and the guard shield under my car fell and was dragging on the ground. I called them up and asked if I could come immediately to have it fixed. They took me right in and secured the shield. Then I needed to have my brakes done. They let me know which brakes needed to be replace immediately, and which brakes had more use left. They never pushed me for more services. They explained everything that needed to be done. Paul and Alex are very personable and friendly and know what they are doing. I will definitely be going back as needed. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop. :). Marlene Resciniti

HONESTY. Imagine that, in the world of vehicle service. Excellent customer service & friendly. I know very little about how a vehicle runs, LF Auto did their due diligence in assessing my needs, were conscious of my /customer’s costs, knowledgeable about the work involved and communicative regarding ETA of delivery. Extremely convenient to be able to pay by phone and having drop off / pickup via lock box! Smart business practice. Only negative comment is they are very busy (yay good for them!) so you have to get in line , wait for assessment in (my case 1/2 the day) and work didn’t take place til following business day. But everybody’s in a hurry and wants it yesterday including me, well worth the small wait, In my humble opinion. Thank you LF Auto you’re a great bunch!

The team at little falls auto are fantastic! From the owner down, you won't find a better place to entrust your vehicle. For years I struggled to find a place I could take my truck for service. I have had some really rough experience and even learned how to do most of the work myself for fear of getting ripped off by another bad mechanic.

My truck is now old enough to drink and I'm not as ambitious to get under the hood as I used to be. I had a lot of issues I'd been putting off and it was getting major. I reluctantly brought my truck to Little Falls Auto to take a look. I told them to find anything they could wrong with it. Dangerous words to say, but they came back with excellent insight and fair prices. Their quote review process outlined everything they found and I was able to move forward with confidence and no suprises. They do increadible work and the truck runs like a dream. I am so excited to have finally found a team of auto care professionals that are quick, efficient and, above all trustworthy. Thank you Little Falls Auto!

Price gouging scumbags they took my grandfather for 250 just use the diagnostic computer tool that gives codes. That was after severely price gouging a couple of small fixes the only positive thing about this experience is they redid the patch they intially fixed and the leak came from the patch they serviced!!

Quality car repair shop. I’ve never had an issue with their service. Alex and Pat have been taking care of my car for years and I’ve never had an issue. Their costs may be higher than some chain service stations but for me the extra $ is worth the piece of mind and responsive service.

I really appreciate that Pat and Alex will discuss future maintenance needs to keep the car running while spreading out the cost and limiting my time without a car.

Just stopped in with a mysterious noise going on with my car. They diagnosed it jacked up the car and removed a rock from my wheel well. Then refused to charge me because to them it was no big deal. This is an HONEST business. They could have charged me whatever and gotten away with it.

I have some experience repairing cars but not the time or tools lately, so when I called Little Falls Auto Service saying I think my water pump was bad, I didn't get the typical condescending bull from other mechanics that assume I have no clue what I'm talking about. Instead they listened to me and answered any questions I had and always returned my calls very quickly and were professional thru and thru.

What turned into a necessity due to time constraints may have earned them a new customer for good, since the price was very fair and they were fast with the turnaround, and gave me a number of things to note that were wrong with my car that may need looking at, some of which I was not aware of.

Thank you guys you'll likely be getting more business from me soon! Highly recommended mechanic, which is hard to find these days!!

This place is fantastic!! Everyone is accommodating and friendly. They can help out with any service, larger small. I will never go back to a car dealer for service again. I completely trust them to handle any of my car issues. They are reasonably priced and explain to you exactly what they're going to do and why it's necessary. Don't hesitate to come here for service!

Great service at fair prices. Went in for some routine maintenance, brakes, and new tires. Head mechanic even took me for a test drive to ensure that my wheels were balanced properly with the new tires. You can’t find service like that in most shops. Why pay double at the dealership for the same parts and mediocre service? I will be going back here for sure.

Highly recommend Little Falls Auto Center! Honest owner and mechanics. My Volkswagen Jetta was making strange noises when I accelerated. Called Little Falls to take a look at it. With it being a 2014 with over 110,000 miles I thought for sure it was going to be an expensive repair. When they called was told that the oil level was very low and it also needed to be changed. What I thought was going to be thousands of dollars turned into costing under 100.00. Being a woman and knowing nothing about cars they could have told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hard to find an honest mechanic but they are at Little Falls!! If you have an issue with your car take it to Little Falls, you will not be overcharged or disappointed! Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend this place. They take advantage of people who don’t know about cars and repairs and will lie to your face and exaggerate the repair and price. This is a business that cares most about making money. If you want to go broke, come here. If you want a mechanic who will be honest with you and who cares about people, seek other mechanics until you feel comfortable. Before you put your trust in anyone, always get a second opinion, always! Beware.

I was searching for a REAL Mechanic after stopping the use of Toyota dealerships ( terrible ).! I found Little Falls Automotive and after viewing all the positive reviews I gave them a chance to repair my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Major repair not an easy fix. Well they came through perfectly and now have me as a new customer. Mike (38 yrs. experience) diagnosed the problem and repaired it with no surprises or issues. Very professional and friendly staff >> Pat, Alex, Mike, etc. I do have a bit of experience with cars/trucks and know a good Shop when I see one. I highly recommend Little Falls Automotive. They are 5 stars plus .!!!

The service in this place is just AWESOME. I went for an oil change and they also did check for all the other things in my car and told me what I should be changing soon for free. Little did they now that I knew about this things and they where a 100% right on the spot. This is a way-to-go mechanic/auto service shop. I highly recommend this store. I'm so glad that I gave this people a try. I would never go anywhere else. And mind you, they're not expensive, they will charge you FAIRLY, so don't be afraid to stop by and fix anything in here, this place is just awesome. 👍🏻

Absolutely happy to share a review of Little Falls Auto Service, who rescued us on a recent trip to PA after our windshield wiper transmission broke on I-80 during the rain.

Though they were busy, they squeezed us in, ordered/received the new part, and got us back on the road within 3 hours. We got to PA on time. Really grateful to Pat who answered the call, Gary the owner (who dropped us at the Willowbrook Mall for some shopping) and the team. Thanks guys for rescuing us!

My wiper fluid was leaking. Took my vehicle to Little Falls Auto Service to get checked out after a friend of mine referred them. Received a call later in the day that the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived they told me it was no charge because the hose was disconnected and it only took the guys a few minutes to fix. In today's world it is extremely hard to find honest people. Will definitely be using them again!

Went in to have a tire checked that was running flat. Pat was extremely nice and polite. They found a screw in the tire and had it repaired in 10 minutes. The waiting room was clean and comfy. I highly recommend Little Falls Auto Service.

Good service, fast work, very happy with the experience. They were very upfront about everything they were doing to my car, and reached out to confirm before doing anything that would increase costs. As well as direct and upfront about time expectations. A little over a month since repairs and no issues so far.

Overall, best experience I've had with an auto service shop so far.

First time at this site and nothing but professional shop from Pat at the front and Gary and Mike both mechanics. Gary took time to explain my issues but then Mike found other issues and they both took the time to explain in details what I needed to do but not pressured to do so. I gave the go ahead and everything went as planned and better. I then sent my wifes car and they managed to not only fix the brakes but Mike found a long time issue with my wifes emergency brakes that all other shops said "Nothing is wrong here, it'll go away". Mike not only found the issue but explained and showed me the issue. They are worth the money especially when it's done right, Honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend them! and they have a customer for live here. Thanks guys!

I broke down on rt46 and was towed here by AAA. It was my first time at this service place and situation was stressful. The team was professional and set clear expectations on when they could evaluate the car . They diagnosed it at a price that was fair and were upfront on the limit of what they could repair. I dealt mostly with Pat, but also spoke directly to Mike the master mechanic who inspected the engine. They took the time to explain options and offer recommendations given engine damage . They take pride in the business and how customers are treated. I would recommend this place.

I had service performed on my 2017 Kia Optima by Mike (30+ years experienced ASE-certified mechanic/technician). Mike is the real deal, a trust-worthy and competent professional. Another shop hooked up their diagnostic equipment to do a state inspection and left my car with electrical problems after returning my car without being able to perform the inspection. Mike isolated the electrical problems, replaced the faulty components, and took care of all of the other necessary maintenance including rear tires/brakes/alignment, a new battery, an oil change, and state inspection. Most importantly, Mike took the time to discuss the repairs and provided an opinion on the potential longevity of my car/engine as well as recommended maintenance going forward. Gary (the owner) and Pat provided exemplary service management. Don't waste your time with the corporate-owned shops...they are a crapshoot. And, the car dealer shops will charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Little Falls Auto Service for all of your needs. I wouldn't trust too many others with your car. 5-stars!

I brought my truck here when the check engine light was on and a previous mechanic shop could not figure out what the problem was. Mike explained everything and performed many tests on my truck and was very honest with me and my situation and told me that even though he can fix what is wrong, it would be a costly fix and the Jeep dealership should be paying for this since I purchased my truck from the dealership less than a year ago. He told me who to speak to at the dealership and exactly what to say. Turns out it was under a warranty I wasn't aware of (MoPar) and they will be fixing it. I called Mike to let him know and to thank him and he was very happy that they would be fixing it and to keep him posted on what they say the exact problem was. I appreciate how honest Mike was with me instead of just fixing it to get a sale. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. I will be coming back anytime my vehicle needs to be serviced in the future.
